Virgil Robinson serves as  president of the Tri-State Coin & Relic Hunters Club.
He is an avid amateur historian of local Civil War activity and has done extensive
research on "The Capture of Booneville", May 30, 1862 and "The Battle of Booneville",
July 1, 1862. He is a lay speaker to civic clubs and other organizations on these subjects.
He has been instrumental in acquiring two Historical Markers commemorating the
"Capture of Booneville" and "The Battle of Booneville". He retired from the
Prentiss County School system after thirty-five years service.

He uses a Fisher CZ-5.
